7 ½ year marriage and a more painful 4 ½
year divorce were the catalyst to deep soul searching.
The soul I found was mine. I would not wish my experience
on anyone but I would not trade my experience for anything.
I love the woman who came out on the other side. She
savers each breath she takes and laughs lots. The 50
ways are what I used and I know they work because they
worked for me.

Gay Lyn began her studies in the health care field
while finishing up a 25-year career as an international
flight attendant. She became a partner in a complimentary
health care clinic located in Mexico. There she worked
with clients from all over the world to assist them
in unraveling the mind body connection that took their
bodies to a state of degeneration. Her pursuit of
therapies to assist her clients led her to study many
modalities with many well known Doctors, teachers
and healers. She teaches healing arts at two healing
arts colleges in San Diego, California. As a Naturopathic
Doctor she enjoyed the study of yoga as medicine at
the Naturopathic and Yogic Science Institute in Bangalore,
India.
A passionate person she very much believes in yoga,
massage, hypnosis, the mind-body connection, working
with mothers, fathers, newborns and the Labyrinth.
She feels empowered by her work and seeks to empower
others.
